At SHILOUÉT, we aim to process your orders promptly. All orders will be packed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns
We want you to love your SHILOUÉT piece, but if it’s not quite right, eligible items can be exchanged for store credit. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
