Shipping Policy

All SHILOUÈT orders are processed within 2-3 business days; after the purchase day.

You will be emailed a tracking number for your purchase and you are responsible for receiving your package. SHILOUÈT is not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.

All orders in Canada are shipped with UPS and international orders are shipped with DHL. 

There is a flat shipping rate for all orders, as well as an expedited rate. The prices shown do not include any customs fees or duties. The customs or duties fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
